It's the little things...

I know that this is just a little thing in the great big scheme of it all, but I am so happy. Today we got the blinds installed between the computer lab that my Globaloria students use and the computer lab next to us. The two rooms share a full wall of windows 24 feet long...you can imagine the distractions that have gone on during class time! On my "to do list" this is the 4th item to mark off!!! BTW...the other 3 items to obtain were a data projector, laptop and Flash installed. We're making progress!

Mixed emotions...

Well, we finally have Flash installed on the student computers. Although, we had all hoped for new computers, at least now we know that we are not going to be held back with our game creations. This begins a new phase of work for us and we are excited!

We've come a long way...

I just had to take a moment to give praise to all my Globaloria students...you guys are AWESOME!! I am so proud of how far you have come with your skills and what you have produced. The past few days of watching you present your work on our new data projector (YEAH!) have been so enjoyable. Thanks for all your hard work and remember...good things come to those who wait...just maybe we will get those new laptops so that we can begin working on our games with Flash!
